Elevation Golf Club isn't a traditional golf course, driving range, or retail golf shop.

​

We're building Iowa's premier indoor golf performance and training facility—a place where golfers come to improve, train, compete, and be part of a community.

​

Our facility features:

  • 8 TrackMan simulators

  • 6,000 sq. ft. indoor short game area

  • 2,000 sq. ft. fitness center

  • Club fitting program

  • Junior Academy

  • Leagues and tournaments

  • Performance coaching programs

  • Corporate and member events

 

We're looking for a Director of Golf who wants more than teaching lessons. We want someone who is excited to help grow the business, build new programs, create memorable experiences for members, and become a leader within our organization.

We're seeking someone who:

  • PGA Professional (preferred)

  • Is passionate about helping golfers improve

  • Thinks like a business owner

  • Enjoys creating new programs, clinics, camps, and events

  • Understands that a growing business creates more opportunities for everyone

  • Is organized, dependable, and proactive

  • Wants to become a long-term leader within Elevation Golf Club

Responsibilities

 

  • Deliver exceptional private golf instruction

  • Conduct TrackMan assessments and player evaluations

  • Develop personalized improvement plans for golfers

  • Lead and grow our junior academy, camps, and clinics

  • Oversee club fitting services and equipment education

  • Organize leagues, tournaments, member events, and golf experiences

  • Help drive membership growth and member retention

  • Create instructional content for social media, email, and marketing

  • Collaborate with ownership on new programs, partnerships, and business initiatives

  • Be a visible leader within the facility, especially during evenings and weekends

  • Help shape the future direction of Elevation Golf Club

Compensation

 

This position offers a combination of commission, hourly pay, and performance incentives.

Compensation includes opportunities to earn through:

  • Private golf lessons

  • Lesson packages

  • Club fittings

  • Junior programs and camps

  • Clinics and group instruction

  • Leagues and special events

  • Hourly compensation for operational, administrative, and business development responsibilities

  • Performance bonuses tied to business growth, program success, and member engagement
