Elevation Golf Club – Urbandale, IA
Elevation Golf Club is a premier indoor golf facility featuring 8 state-of-the-art Trackman simulators and a 6,000 sq. ft. short game area complete with two large greens and a real sand bunker. We’re looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial PGA Professional to join our team.

WE'RE SEEKING SOMEONE WHO CAN:

Provide private lessons, group lessons, and custom coaching programs.

Develop and run golf camps, clinics, leagues, and junior programs.

Help create new programming and player development opportunities for all ages.

Engage with members and guests to drive participation and retention.
GROWTH OPPORTUNITY:
This position has the potential to grow into Director of Lessons and/or Facility Manager as we expand.
COMPENSATION:

Commission-based structure to encourage growth of your own lesson business.

Open to part-time hourly pay to supplement commission for the right candidate.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

PGA Member or Apprentice in good standing.

Strong background in instruction, player development, and program creation.
