SPEED LAB (ADULTS)

Elevation Speed Lab is a golf-specific training class designed to help adult golfers increase swing speed, generate more power, and hit the ball farther—safely and efficiently.

Each session combines targeted mobility, strength training, and speed-focused movement patterns that directly translate to the golf swing. The goal is simple: improve how your body produces and transfers force so you can swing faster without breaking down.

This is not a general fitness class. Every exercise is intentional and tied to golf performance, with an emphasis on proper mechanics, progression, and long-term joint health. Whether you’re chasing more distance, better consistency, or a more resilient body, Elevation Speed Lab gives you a structured, coached approach to training for speed.

Class Length: 60 minutes

Sessions: Tuesday & Thursday Mornings at 6AM and 7AM

Elevation Speed Lab – Juniors is a golf-specific training class designed to help junior golfers ages 13–18 develop speed, power, and athleticism that directly translate to increased distance and improved swing efficiency.

This class focuses on building the physical qualities that allow juniors to swing faster and move more explosively while maintaining control and durability as their bodies grow. Training includes structured strength work, speed development, rotational power, and movement training—all coached and progressed with proper technique and age-appropriate loading.

Elevation Speed Lab – Juniors complements on-course instruction by developing the athlete behind the swing. Emphasis is placed on safe progression, confidence in the gym, and creating long-term habits that support performance, consistency, and injury prevention.

This is not a general fitness class. Every session is purpose-driven and designed to help juniors produce and transfer force more efficiently, setting them up for continued improvement now and in the future.
